Photo Help and Guidelines |
| Photos must be in JPG format at 300 dpi resolution or least pixel width of 1200, larger is better.
Set your digital camera to the highest possible setting, BEFORE you take the picture
If scanning a photo, increase the scan size to at least an 8 x 10 photo
Do not crop or edit the photographs, we will do this for you.
Submit photo in ORIGINAL color condition. We will translate your photo into black/white, if needed
By uploading, Customer certify that customer own full copyright to this/these photos. It is unlawful to reproduce professional photographs without written
permission from the photographer, unless you have purchased a CD of images with full copyright and reproduction usage. Other professional photos
must include a copyright release from the photographer. Email this release to our Photo Department and reference order number and name
of customer in subject line. Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Invitation Haven and
InvitationHaven.com from any and all claims, expenses and/or judgments arising from any action taken by the photographer as a result of
copyright infringement.

Proofs are provided as an additional service ($5.00). Proofs will be completed within 1-2 business days post receipt of your completed order and photo. Your photo will be cropped and adjusted to fit perfectly into the card design with your wording. Please feel free to use your own wording, and/or substitute fonts from what is shown, and we will provide a proof with the best layout. Once you have received proof email notification, please respond via the online order manager with your approval or to make changes. This is the quickest method to have your order processed and printed.
